What do I need to start cryptocurrency trading?

You need to register on our Platform:

  • Press the “Create Account” button,
  • Provide your email address and Country of Residence,
  • Confirm your email,
  • Start trading.

We kindly welcome you to pass the verification process as it will give you access to the additional functionality on our Platform.

How long does it take to verify my account?

Your account will normally be verified on the next business day.

What are the documents required for the verification?

Just your ID and a utility bill. There is no need to translate them into English.

How can I submit my required documents?
You can submit the documents through the platform by logging into your account and clicking the “Verify” button. Alternatively, you can email the documents to compliance@blackmoon.net from the email address you used for registration.
Why do I need to upload my Photo ID and other Documents?

The ID document and proof of residential address are required by the European anti-money laundering regulations for verification of your identity before or during the establishment of a business relationship. Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable regulations, we may request additional documents to confirm your status and financial position prior to allowing you to deposit/withdraw fiat money and invest in our products (tickers starting with BMx___).

How can I protect my account?

For additional security, we encourage you to enable 2FA authentication.

Certainly. Blackmoon supports accounts for both private individuals and corporate entities.


How do I deposit?

For your convenience, you may choose one of the several available deposit methods. To make a successful deposit please follow the steps below:

  • Login to your account,
  • Go to the “Dashboard” section,
  • Click on the blue “Deposit” button in the right up corner,
  • Choose the deposit option: crypto or credit/debit card;
  • And follow the steps to complete your transaction.
How do I deposit my Asset Token?

If you own Asset Tokens and you do not see them in the Dashboard, first and foremost, your tokens are safe. They are probably in your personal wallet. To transfer them to your Blackmoon account, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log in to your account,
  • Click on the “Dashboard” button,
  • Click on the blue “Deposit” button in the right up corner,
  • Select “Cryptocurrency” as a deposit method,
  • Select the tokens you want to deposit,
  • Send tokens to the address which appears. Make sure that you send appropriate tokens to this address.
You can check your previously purchased tokens and related addresses in the “Settings section/ETH addresses”. These assets are kept on your side, and you can deposit them to your Blackmoon account at any time.
Is depositing safe and secure?

We understand the importance of security measures on client assets for each investor. We use a combination of advanced technical and physical safeguards to protect all data systems.

Rigorous firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is used to protect your information during transmission.

All communications between our clients and data servers are encrypted.

How do I deposit by credit/debit card?

To deposit funds using credit/debit card, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account,
  • Go to the “Dashboard” section,
  • Click on the blue “Deposit” button in the right up corner,
  • Select the deposit method “Card”,
  • Complete details on the screen,
  • Press Next button.

If your request is not approved for any reason, you will be notified via email.

Which currencies does Blackmoon support?

We currently accept deposits in EUR, as well as in cryptocurrencies. The full list of cryptocurrencies available for deposit is presented in the “Fees” section.

What is the minimum First Time Deposit?

Depending on your region, country regulations, and selected method of deposit, the minimum first-time deposit may vary. At the time of deposit, our system will notify you regarding your limits.

Can I deposit from a business account?

Please note that as per our policy, we cannot accept a deposit from a corporate method of payment into a personal account. We can, however, offer you the option to open a corporate trading account.

Why can’t I deposit using a payment method under another person’s name?

Blackmoon does not allow third-party transactions through any payment method that is not in the same name as the owner of the Blackmoon account. Please remember that under our Terms and Conditions, you agree and represent that you are the owner of the deposited funds. Therefore, there is no option to make a deposit using someone else’s payment method.

How can I cancel my deposit?
A deposit can only be canceled by sending your request to our Customer support team at account@blackmoon.net. The request can only be processed if you did not place any orders with the funds. The deposit will be canceled within 24 hours (subject to fees that may arise from cancellation). Once the process is complete, Customer Support will notify you by email.
How do I verify my Payment Method?

Blackmoon has a policy that funds may be deposited only from a method of payment belonging to the client. We may sometimes ask you to confirm your ownership of the payment method by requesting the following:

  • Copy of the Debit/Credit Card – to confirm ownership of the card. When sending us a copy, please make sure that all digits of the card number except the last 4 of both sides of the card copy along with the CVV number in the back are covered for security reasons.


How to buy/sell coins.

1. Log in or register on blackmoon.net
2. Select asset on Dashboard
  • Type coin you are looking for in the “Search” box.
  • Select in which market you would like to buy/sell this coin. (e.g. Bitcoin, Euro, BMC, etc.)
  • Press on the desired result in the table to move to the trading interface.
3. Place your order
  1. Select the type of your order. The two main options are the market and limit orders. Market – executes your order immediately using current market price (the highest bid for a sell order and the lowest ask for a buy order). Limit – places your order at the desired price (lower than the highest bid for buy orders and higher than the lowest ask for sell orders). In this case, the order will only be executed if the market price reaches your limit order price.
  2. Select whether you want to buy or to sell a coin.
  3. Enter the amount of the coin you want to buy or sell. Button on the right will enter the maximum amount that you can sell or buy at the moment.
  4. Check the amount you will pay (receive), if your buy (sell) order executes successfully. The coin that you will pay/receive depends on the market you have previously chosen. On the picture above, you pay Bitcoin to receive Ether.
  5. Press the “Place order” button.
3. Trading Interface
  1. General settings of the terminal. (e.g. Language, colour scheme, etc.)
  2. Markets. Choose the pair you would like to trade here. You can also add pairs to favourites and create watchlists in this block.
  3. Chart & Analysis. Check the price movement on multiple timeframes and analyze the chart with drawing tools. Your pending orders will be displayed on the chart.
  4. Orders & Balances. In this block, you can find your pending orders, your history of orders and your balances. You can also manage your price alerts in this block.
  5. Order creation, order book and recent trades tabs. In order creation block you can select order type, set order size and place it.
  6. Aggregate order book. Visual representation of sell and buy orders. On top of this block, you can find the difference between the highest bid and the lowest ask, which is called “spread”.


How do I withdraw my funds in crypto?

If you would like to withdraw your cryptocurrencies please follow next simple steps:

  • Login to your account,
  • Click on the “Withdraw” button in the “Dashboard” section,
  • Choose the withdraw option “Cryptocurrency”,
  • Select an asset you want to withdraw,
  • Enter the amount and address,
  • Enter your 2FA authorization code,
  • Click “Submit”.

Please be advised that funds can only be withdrawn from your available balance, so before you make a withdrawal request, you should ensure that you have the amount available on your balance.

Can I withdraw my funds in EUR?

Currently, this option is not available. We are working hard on the implementation of this functionality, it will be released soon.

What conditions are required to withdraw the funds?

In order to withdraw any funds from your account, kindly note the following requirements:

  • The minimum amount to withdraw is applicable, please check the “Fees” page on our website,
  • Your available for withdrawal balance must be sufficient to cover the minimum withdrawal amount. (Some of your funds may be on orders, thus currently unavailable for withdrawal.)
Are there any withdrawal fees?
Yes, there is a withdrawal fee for all transactions. You can find the full list of the withdrawal fees on the "Fees" page on our website.
How will I know if my withdrawal request has been processed?

You will receive an automated email upon the creation of the withdrawal request and successful processing.

Crypto strategy is based on the combination of cryptocurrencies algorithmic trading and the simplicity of passive investment vehicles. Do you use blockchain?

Yes, we do. Investment records are stored on the blockchain to facilitate transparency and immutability of transaction and to improve the efficiency of transfer of the ownership rights during the crypto withdrawal process.

What if I don't want to bother myself with the blockchain?

You can make a deposit in fiat currency (EUR) and store your tokens on your Blackmoon account. The tokens could be redeemed to your personal wallet when you wish to do so.
