Do you use blockchain?

Yes, we do. Investment records are stored on the blockchain to facilitate transparency and immutability of transaction and to improve the efficiency of transfer of the ownership rights.

What if I don't want to bother myself with the blockchain?

You can make a deposit in fiat currency (EUR, USD) and store your tokens on the Blackmoon platform. The tokens could be redeemed to the personal wallet, when the investor wants to do so.

Are there investment opportunities outside crypto?

Yes, Blackmoon platform has both fiat and crypto oriented investment options.

How can I get access to the investment opportunities on the platform?

You can easily do so by registering on the platform but several limitations will apply. To start investing without limits you should verify your account.

How long does it take to verify my account?

Your account will normally be verified on the next business day.

What are the documents required for the verification?

Just your ID and a utility bill.

Is it possible to have a look at the investment opportunities before registration?

Of course, you can view the investment opportunities here.

How can I protect my account?

For additional security we encourage you to enable 2FA authentication.

Is it possible to set up a corporate account?

Certainly. Blackmoon supports accounts for both private individuals and corporate entities.

How can I submit my required documents?

You can submit the documents through the platform by logging into your account and clicking the “Verify” button. Alternatively, you can email the documents to compliance@blackmoon.net from the e-mail address you used for registration.

Why do I need to upload my Photo ID and other Documents?

The ID document and proof of residential address are required by the European anti-money laundering regulations for verification of your identity before or during the establishment of business relationship. Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable regulation, we may request additional documents to confirm your status and financial position prior to allowing you to invest. Blackmoon will not establish a business relationship with an individual unless and until the client’s identity and residential address have been successfully verified, and/or all necessary documents have been received and verified.

What will happen if I don't verify my account?

If you do not verify your account, you will not have access to the platform functionality and have limitations on the deposit, withdrawals, purchase and sale of assets. Withdrawals of funds are not permitted prior to verification of the account. Failure to provide required documentation for the account verification will lead to account suspension and closure.

What are the Asset Tokens?

Asset Tokens are digital records on smart contract replicating the performance of the underlying asset.

Are Asset Tokens backed by assets?

Yes, every token is 1:1 backed with a particular underlying asset: a share, a bond or a unit of a fund.

Are Asset Tokens ERC-20 compatible?

Yes, the Asset Tokens have ERC-20 standard and are compatible with the wallets like My Ether Wallet.

Deposit

How do I deposit?

To deposit funds in your trading account is quick and simple. For your convenience, you may choose one of the several available deposit methods. To make a successful deposit please follow the steps below:

  • Login to your account,
  • Click on the “Deposit” button in the “Dashboard” section,
  • Choose the deposit option,
  • And follow the steps to complete your transaction.
How do I deposit my Asset Token?

If you own Asset Tokens and you do not see them in the Blackmoon platform, first and foremost, your tokens are safe. They are probably in your personal wallet. To transfer them from your personal wallet to your account in Blackmoon in the same way as the ordinary deposit flow:

  • Login to your account,
  • Click on the “Dashboard” button,
  • Click on the “Deposit” button,
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

You can check your previously purchased tokens and related addresses in the “Settings section/ETH addresses”. These assets are kept on your side, and you can deposit them to the platform at any time.

Is depositing safe and secure?

We understand the importance of security measures on client assets for each investor. We use a combination of advanced technical and physical safeguards to protect all data systems.
Rigorous firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is used to protect your information during transmission.

All communication between our clients and data servers is encrypted.

How do I deposit by credit / debit card?

To deposit the funds using credit / debit card please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account,
  • Go to the “Dashboard” section,
  • Select the deposit method “Card”,
  • Complete the details on the screen,
  • Press “Confirm” button.

If your request is not approved for any reason, you will be notified via email.

How do I deposit via bank transfer?

To deposit the funds using Bank Transfer please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account,
  • Select the deposit method “Bank”,
  • Select the type of transfer - SEPA or SWIFT
Which currencies does Blackmoon support?

We currently accept deposits in EUR and USD, as well as in ETH, BTC.

What is the minimum First Time Deposit?

Depending on your region, country regulations, and selected method of deposit, the minimum first-time deposit may vary. At the time of deposit, our system will notify you regarding your limits.

Can I deposit from a business account?

Please note that as per our policy, we cannot accept a deposit from a corporate method of payment into a personal account. We can, however, offer you the option to open a corporate trading account.

Why can’t I deposit using a payment method under another person’s name?

Blackmoon does not allow third-party transactions through any payment method that is not in the same name as the owner of the Blackmoon account. Please remember that under our Terms and Conditions, you agree and represent that you are the owner of the deposited funds. Therefore, there is no option to make a deposit using someone else’s payment method.

How can I cancel my deposit?

A deposit can only be canceled by sending your request to our Customer support team at accounts@blackmoon.net. The request can only processed if you did not place any orders with the funds. The deposit will be canceled within 24 hours (subject to fees that may arise from cancellation). Once the process is complete, Customer Support will notify you by email.

How do I verify my Payment Method?

Blackmoon has a policy that funds may be deposited only from a method of payment belonging to the client. We may sometimes ask you to confirm your ownership of the payment method by requesting the following:

  • Copy of the Debit/Credit Card – to confirm ownership of the card. When sending us a copy, please make sure that all digits of the card number except the last 4 of both sides of the card copy along with the CVV number in the back are covered for security reasons.
  • Wire transfer - upload a photo/scan of a proof of payment.

How to withdraw fiat

How do I withdraw money?

If you would like to withdraw your funds in EUR or USD please follow next easy steps:

  • Login to your account,
  • Click on the “Withdraw” button in the “Dashboard” section,
  • Choose the withdraw option,
  • Fill the electronic withdrawal form,
  • Enter your 2FA authorization code,
  • Click “Submit”.

Please be advised that funds can only be withdrawn from your available balance, so before you make a withdrawal request, you should ensure that you have the amount available in your balance.

How long will it take to process my withdrawal request and when will I receive my funds?

Blackmoon processes withdrawal requests within 1 (one) business day. You can always contact our customer support team to enquire on the status of your withdrawal.

How can I cancel my withdrawal?

Withdrawal cancellation is available for fiat payments only, until the transaction is processed within the system. While there is no option to cancel your withdrawal through the platform, you can contact our customer support team.

What conditions are required to withdraw the funds?

In order to withdraw any funds from your account, kindly note the following requirements:

  • Your account must be verified,
  • The minimum amount to withdraw is as follows:
    • EUR 100
    • USD 110
    • BTC: 0.002
    • ETH: 0.05
    • ATx: 1
  • Your balance of available funds must be sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount and the associated withdrawal fee.
Are there any withdrawal fees?

Yes, there is a withdrawal fee for all transactions. The withdrawal fee is:

  • EUR 25
  • USD 30
  • BTC: 0.001
  • ETH: 0.025
  • ATx: 0.5
How will I know if my withdrawal request has been processed?

You will receive an automated email upon the creation of the withdrawal request and successful processing.

What should I do if my funds do not appear in my account?

Depending on your jurisdiction, currency and bank, some payments may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement. If you do not see the funds after this, please contact our support team and your bank for details.

What are Continuous Contributors?

Continuous Contributors help with the development of the Blackmoon platform by providing expertise and services in the promotion of the platform, research and development, PR and marketing and other roles.

What are the benefits of becoming a Continuous Contributor?

Continuous Contributors receive a share of the proceeds generated by the Blackmoon platform during the process of the creation and redemption of the Asset Tokens.

How can I become a Continuous Contributor?

Please register on the platform and select Continuous Contributors bookmark on the Asset Token screen.

Do I need BMC tokens to be a Continuous Contributor?

Yes, BMC tokens are deposited to the platform to determine stakes in the distribution of the proceeds.

What are the BMC tokens?

BMC tokens are ERC-20 utility tokens of the Blackmoon platform. They are used to align the interests of all the Continuous Contributors to the platform, including the platform operator itself.
